OOC is establishing an upstream venture in drilling which
plans to procure and operate rigs. It is indicated that
the Middle East has the highest rig utilization at 94%. It
was found that in 2004, 400 new wells were drilled in
Oman. On that basis the expectance for this project will
be the same annually.
